Ruth's character

Ruth's character can best be described  as weak. When Ruth is sold she didn't fight back at least I don't think she did. Also she lets Isabel baby her and cant survive on her own because she. When with Ruth become strong and independent.

Isabels character

Isabel's character is best described as brave. Her actions are her way of getting messages across to other people. When Ruth is having a seizure Isabel takes the blow of the broom that madam lockton was trying to hit Ruth with and gets beat up.

In the middle of the night nothing could be heard not even a mouse. As a thing of evil slithered up the stairs where Isabel and little Ruth slept. It was in and out with in a second and had taken what it wanted and left without saying a word and no one knows what happened yet but Isabel is in for a horrifying surprise when she gets up. As Isabel awakes she is to find no Ruth and goes searching and is stopped by Becky and was told with a sincere voice that madam took her and sold her to someone. In this chapter Isabel's character is really shown trodes madam when she is rude and mad and wants to kill her for selling her sister to someone that will kill her with work When Isabel is 1ft away from madams body madam throws a painting on top of her head when she runs away she tries to hide behind the the man in charged of the training camp but is caught up by madam and in her fatal attempt to escape she was cought and thrown to the ground and beat up.
